Operation Graduation - A three-step battle plan.

Bram de Vries is software architect and coach at Nedap, a tech company with people knowledge. After 11½ years of "studying", Bram finally graduated from university. In all the years spent there, he has seen friends and classmates struggle in all kinds of ways with graduating. Through that, and experiencing the same struggles himself, he got a pretty solid grasp of the strategies that work and do not work in that regard.
