Lunchlezing TNO
Recently, the European Strategy for Data was published, with as goal to enable companies in the EU to share data following the European values. In this talk the Smart Connected Supplier Network (SCSN), an example in the Smart Industry following this European strategy, will be discussed. It allows OEMs and suppliers to share data between each other while keeping in control of their own data. In SCSN, existing standards are leveraged in order to ensure interoperability from semantics to IT infrastructure, resulting in an ecosystem that prevents the ability for a winner-take-all platform to exist. Both the shift in business models as the technological basis of the network will be covered in the talk.
