Mental Health Day

Well-being is an important topic to us all. The EEMCS Faculty Boards have noticed that mental well-being is a topic of frequent discussion, especially since the COVID-19 pandemic hit. To give extra attention to this ever important topic, the EEMCS Boards are organising a mental health day on Sunday, March 20th.

The day will start at 10.00 with a relaxing morning in petting zoo 'Kinderboerderij Enschede Noord', after which we will have a lunch lecture by an expert on the topic of mental health (lunch included). They will talk about the topic of 'dealing with setbacks'. After this serious lecture, we will play board games, or go for a walk around campus if the weather allows it.

The costs of this day will be €5,00 and will be collected at the start of the day.

For this activity, there is a limit to the sign-ups of 75 people. Sign-ups are handled via a first-come-first-serve basis through the following form: https://forms.gle/kTa5jYLrubgz4PPv6. Once you are signed up, you will receive more information through mail.
