DESCRIPTION:Your time as a student can be a lot of fun\, but it can also b
 e challenging sometimes. If things are not going so well for you\, chances
  are great you will talk to your friends about it before talking to anyone
  else. However\, as a friend\, this might sometimes be difficult and raise
  a lot of questions: ‘How can I help my friend without letting it affect
  me too much?’\, ‘How can I listen to someone in a way that makes them
  feel heard?’\, ‘What does a certain diagnosis actually mean?’\, and
  many more. To help you out with these types of questions and struggles\, 
 the psychologists of the UT have developed a training in collaboration wit
 h the Student Union. In this training\, given by two student trainers\, se
 veral topics will be discussed:\n\n- Practical tips on looking after your 
 friend\n- Supporting a friend through the student journey\n- Understanding
  your friend’s diagnosis\n- Knowing your services: getting professional 
 help in- and outside of the UT\n\nYou will be asked to do a short preparat
 ion beforehand and you will also receive a guide containing extensive info
 rmation on the topic.\nBoth sessions are complementary\, so participants a
