Rosenxt is a company inspecting with sensoric systems many industrial asset types which are crucial to society, like windturbines, freshwater pipelines, offshore pipelines. The data gathered with these sensorics systems are used to determine accurate representations of the current physical/integrity state of the asset, using classical algorithms or AI. Rosenxt Enschede is focusing amongst others on the inspection data analysis of freshwater pipelines. One of the key topics is identifying the position of the pipeline (enabling monitoring potential sagging) by distance determination (from crosscorrelation of low magnetic fields) and IMU recordings. Recently a new algorithm has been set up to accurately determine the position of these pipelines. The algorithm and test results will be discussed during the lunch lecture.
