Welcome to Symposium Sentinel. Inter-Actief's annual symposium is focused on public safety this year!

Public safety is about maintaining a safe and orderly environment for everyone. In this society, it is becoming more and more normal that ICT-systems are used to achieve this goal. Take, for example, the use of camera systems on the street, or a calling system with a control room to be at the site of an emergency as soon as possible. These systems are almost unmissable in our current society. Public safety is also about tackling bigger safety threats, like the tracking down of organised crime. Symposium Sentinel will broaden your knowledge about the IT-systems used to reduce these safety risks and give you a better view of how IT works to make our society safer.
