Imagine this: you walk into a room full of LEGO. Not just to build for fun, but to make an AI Governance strategy tangible.
In teams of four, you will support Telefie, a fictional telecom company. Together, you will design an AI Governance strategy that is smart, secure, and responsible. Through short, step-by-step challenges, you will explore topics such as data sources, the EU AI Act, AI Literacy, Data Security, Roles and Responsibilities, and Data Lineage.
Along the way, you will also discover our vision: “Connecting the Dots.” We bring these topics to life through practical and relatable business examples. Each challenge contributes both to your AI Governance strategy and to your LEGO construction.
