The Customer Is Not.\n\n From e- passport chips to digital trust\n\n An employee applies online for a €2 0\,000 corporate loan. Each security layer answers only a narrow question:\n\n • The Account: A passkey proves credential response—but what about acc ount recovery side-doors?\n • The Document: A valid NFC chip proves iss uer authenticity\, not who is holding the passport.\n • The Person: Bio metrics yield a statistical match\, yet face deepfakes\, replays\, and coe rcion.\n • The Mandate: An electronic signature proves who signed\, not whether Alice is authorized to sign for Acme Ltd.\n\n In this interactiv e\, case-driven session\, we guide the audience through live votes on this €20\,000 loan.
