What are the advantages of becoming a member of Inter-Actief?

First of all, an Inter-Actief membership allows you to order books for all Business Information Technology and Computer Science modules and subjects in a cheap way. Furthermore, you can participate in activities the association organises regularly. By becoming a member, you will be informed about these activities.

You can become a member by visiting the Inter-Actief Room located at the balcony of the Educafé at the Zilverling. Are you a future student? Then there will be a possibility to become member during the Kick-IT.

What kind of memberships are available and what are the costs?

For 25 euro, you become member for the duration of your study

This membership has the advantage that you only have to pay once to become member for the duration of your entire study, so until you graduate. With simple arithmetics, you will find out that if you study longer than 3 years, this membership is cheaper than a yearly membership for 3 years. The membership fee ought to be paid accompanied by your membership form. You can either pay by direct debit or pay with cash.

For 8.50 euro, you become primary member for one year

With this membership, you are formally a member of Inter-Actief from September 1 till the end of the academic year. This means that if you become a member in the middle of the academic year or at the end of the year, you still have to pay your membership fee from 1 September onwards. This membership is beneficial when you only do your master or bachelor at Twente University and there is a chance you stay in Enschede for less than three years. The membership fee ought to be paid accompanied by your membership form. You can either pay by direct debit or pay with cash.

For 4.25 euro, you become secondary member for one year (membership of another study association is mandatory)

This membership is almost equal to the membership of 8.50 euro. The discount is applicable if you are member of another study association affiliated to Twente University.
