How do you build a high-performing software organisation? IT-consultant and UT-alumnus Remco Abraham will tell you how we at Navara use state-of-the-art research by Google to define and measure software delivery performance in order to drive innovation at our clients. The research shows that concrete technical best practices such as trunk-based development and loosely coupled architecture can predict organisational performance metrics such as profitability and market share. We can use these results to bridge the gap between higher management and the IT-department that often makes it challenging to implement such practices.
