Ready to lace up and boost your mental well-being? Every Wednesday from 08:00 – 09:00, join Topvorm Twente for Running Therapy, starting at the UT track!

Running or walking can be your key to mental well-being! Combat anxiety, depression, and stress with our supportive sessions. It's not just about physical exercise – it's about recharging your mind and building a routine for a healthier you. You can express yourself or simply enjoy the run in a safe environment with an experienced guide, Erik Kemp, who is here to support you. After the initial 8 sessions, you can continue your journey with their group sessions.
